The client is a global bank and insurance company. For their European AV projects Discorp is their main supplier.
Solutions
Discorp is the go-to partner for the client's hybrid meeting rooms, implementing their standards with equipment from Logitech, Yealink, and Poly. The objective of this partnership is to ensure standardized implementations, resulting in immediate operational meeting rooms after each installation.
Besides these standard meeting rooms, Discorp has installed multiple tailor-made systems. For instance, we have installed a Townhall setup featuring multiple cameras, handheld microphones, and an AV over IP video distribution system. This scalable solution enables us to create a complex setup with a user-friendly interface, allowing end-users to organize Townhall sessions with local remote participants based on a Teams Room System.
In addition, we also installed a recording studio called "Studio London" in Brussels.
Collaboration
Discorp works closely together with the client's Meeting services team to uphold and enhance standard continually. Furthermore, we keep track of new features and capabilities to ensure an optimal meeting room experience at all times.
