Who?
Mutual IT is the IT department of the Independent Health Insurance Funds, located in Anderlecht. Mutual-IT's buildings contain several meeting rooms of different sizes, as well as two large linked multi-purpose rooms.
Solutions
The objective was to refresh their meeting spaces with the latest AV/VC technologies and future-proof them. Given the multifunctional nature of the spaces, an AV over IP solution was chosen. All input sources, screens, cameras, and control panels are connected via their own AV network, utilizing Visionary Solutions Encoders and Decoders.
A highlight of the new installation in one of these rooms was the Samsung The Wall All-in-One 146", 1.68-pixel pitch screen. Two state-of-the-art screens were installed at the front to replace traditional projectors.
Collaboration
This project was executed in close collaboration with the project teams from Mutual IT and Colliers, ensuring all requirements were met and the installation was successfully commissioned.
