Dell 3Y Keep Your Hard Drive for ISG - Extended service agreement - no drive return (for servers) - 3 years - for PowerEdge R360, R550, R660xs, R760xs, T360, T550, T560

Dell Keep Your Hard Drive for Enterprise (KYHDE) gives organizations greater control over sensitive data when a covered drive fails in a data center or enterprise environment. Instead of returning failed drives to Dell during a support event, customers keep physical possession of the media and its contents, while Dell provides replacement hardware under the existing support contract. This approach helps protect confidential, regulated, or mission‑critical information, supports stricter compliance and audit requirements, and simplifies internal data‑destruction policies-without changing how customers engage Dell for hardware repair. *Availability and terms of Dell Services vary by region and by-product.
